  • Mancini spaghetti with S. Antioco tuna fillet and basil
    • in combination: Terre Aquilane Bianco 2019 (Kerner, Chardonnay and Traminer)
  • Baked cod lomo with citrus sauce, chives and potato sheets
    • paired with: Terre Aquilane Rosso “Lamata” 2019 (Pinot Nero)
  • Fantasy of Italian cheeses with quince compote
    • paired with: Terre Aquilane Rosso “Lamata” 2017 (Pinot Nero)
  • Dark chocolate biscuits and salt flakes
    • in combination: Liqueur with saffron and quince
