Cooking and wine are eternal “betrothed” who constantly seek a common dimension to enhance our taste experiences.

In this research centuries of tradition merge with a constant desire for innovation: a constant and sometimes “crazy and unconscious” dialogue that brings the great classics of gastronomy and enology to exalt and, at the same time, allows new visions of the territory to stimulate our fantasy.

In a special evening in the heart of Rome we will found the art of Italian cuisine, represented by the gastronomic research of La Fraschetta di Mastro Giorgio , with the art of wine by Fabrizio Forconi , passionate interpreter of Chianti Monstespertoli and new Tuscan trends.

  • Chickpea, endive and caper meatballs on cheese fondue
  • Expressed aubergine parmigianina with buffalo from Paestum and grilled tomatoes
  • Fettuccine alla Gricia with sage and chopped hazelnuts
  • Pork loin marinated in honey on wild chicory
  • Selection of cheeses
