The itineraries take place in four, six and eight meetings and have as central themes sensory tasting, the world of wine (from the vineyard to the glass), the wine territories Italians and foreigners. Each meeting has a tasting focus on tastings (from two to four) of wines chosen from among the most representative of national and international enological realities and expressions.

The wine tasting and introduction courses are ideal for expanding the boundaries of our palate and our food and wine culture, savoring uncommon oenological expressions and enriching our gustatory baggage. Among vineyards and cellars, sparkling and sweet wines, sensory analysis and the history of good drinking: a journey backwards from the glasses to the territories, to learn to intuit, understand and appreciate the oenological project behind each great wine.
